What I collect and what I do with it.
Short version: I collect what you type into a form so I can answer you. I don't sell it, and I share it only with the services I use to run the studio, listed below.
What gets collected
The forms on this site are the enquiry forms, the quote form and the print shop form, and they all work the same way. Whichever you use, I receive what you typed into it, which depending on the form means some of your name, phone number, email, trade, suburbs and whatever you wrote in the message box. It's stored with the site's host and sent to me through a private Discord channel.
The site records basic anonymous traffic statistics: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, and which site they arrived from.
What it gets used for
Answering your enquiry and, if you become a client, running your job. That's the whole list. I don't add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote, and I don't pass your details to anyone beyond the services listed below.
A few companies handle your details on the way to me and while I run your job, and none of them does anything else with it: Cloudflare hosts this site and its forms, enquiries reach me through a private Discord channel, my email runs on Google, an AI service (Anthropic) sorts incoming email, jobs are tracked in HubSpot, and payments go through Stripe. If that ever changes, so does this paragraph.
How long it's kept
Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept on file, and deleted if you ask. Client records are kept for seven years.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email or ring and ask. You can have a copy of what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where I'm not required by law to keep it. There's no form and no charge.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Public pages use anonymous, aggregate analytics. Private preview links I send to clients record when they're opened, on what device and roughly where, so I know you've seen the work.
Complaints
Ring me first on 0429 109 328. If that doesn't sort it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes privacy complaints at oaic.gov.au.
