What I collect and what I do with it.
Short version: I collect what you type into a form so I can answer you, and nothing else. I don't sell it and I don't share it.
What gets collected
When you fill in the quote form or the print form, I receive your name, phone number, email, trade, suburbs and whatever you write in the message box. That arrives as an email to combinationsoupstudio@gmail.com.
The site records basic anonymous traffic statistics: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, and which site they arrived from. That isn't tied to a name.
What it gets used for
Answering your enquiry and, if you become a client, running your job. That's the whole list. I don't add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote, and I don't pass your details to anyone else.
If you're a client, I use production partners to print physical work. They receive what they need to produce and ship the job, and nothing more.
How long it's kept
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted once they're clearly dead. Client records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email or ring and ask. You can have a copy of what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where I'm not required by law to keep it. There's no form and no charge.
