The terms every job runs on.

Paying for the work

• 50% deposit before work starts. No deposit, no work, and that applies to everyone.
• Balance is due before the site goes live or the final files are released.
• No GST is added. The studio is not registered for GST.
• Prices quoted hold for 14 days from the date of the quote.

What you own, and when

• Your domain is registered in your name, on your email address, from the start.
• The website, the design and the source files become yours on final payment.
• Logo and brand files become yours on final payment.
• Every login is handed over at go-live: hosting, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics.
• Until final payment, the work remains the studio's property.

Timelines

• All timelines are business days, counted from the day I have your deposit and your content.
• LAUNCH is 7 business days. GROWTH is 14. COMMERCE is 21.
• If your content arrives late, the clock starts late. I'll tell you when that happens rather than let the date slip quietly.
• A job left waiting on your content for 30 days or more can be invoiced for the work done to that point.

Revisions and changes

• Two rounds of revisions are included in every package.
• Past that it's $95 an hour, and I quote it before I do it.
• New work added mid-build is priced before it starts. Nothing gets absorbed silently and nothing lands on the final bill that you haven't already agreed to.

What you supply

• Text, photos, logos and any licence or accreditation details you want shown.
• You confirm you have the right to use anything you send me. If you supply an image you don't own the rights to, that's on you.

Printing

• Print runs through my production partners. You are billed by the studio and deal only with me.
• Printed colour varies from what a screen shows. Where colour is critical, ask for a proof before the run.
• Printed work is checked before it reaches you. If it comes back wrong, I sort the reprint.
• Artwork you supply for print is your responsibility to have the rights to.

Care plans

• Care Basic is $89 a month, Care Plus $179. Both are month to month.
• Included content changes are up to half an hour a month. Anything larger is quoted first.
• Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. You keep your site and your logins.

Ending a job early

If you call it off after work has started, the deposit covers work done to that point and isn't refunded. If more than the deposit has been earned, I invoice the difference and show you what it covers. If less, I refund the difference.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
